Before you appeal
- Cheating bans are strictly permanent. They will not be overturned under any circumstances unless it is a false-positive detection directly confirmed by DatHost or our anti-cheat API.
- Toxicity bans: temporary bans (for example 7 days) cannot be appealed. You must wait for the duration to expire.
- You may only have one active appeal at a time. Submitting multiple duplicate appeals may lead to an immediate rejection.

Appeals are generally reviewed within 48 to 72 hours. You will be notified via our platform or email (if provided) when a decision has been reached.
